Jacob, who started his own company at 18 using the latest in drone technology and computer design, is armed with an expansive knowledge of the technology sector; he is in a prime position to launch the Scientific Division into a new era of young, innovative companies.

A huge upsurge of tech start-ups from a low of 23,000 in 2020 to 46,000 in 2022 has brought a humongous demand for staff to the UK – with lots of the positions being highly skilled, permanent positions, the competition for talent is fierce. Russell Taylor Group is in a unique position with its national coverage to do in depth ‘homework’ on its clients to ensure only the best of the best candidates are sent over. Hiring someone for these highly skilled positions, everything from Optics Specialists to Battery Scientists, requires specific knowledge of the Innovative Technology sector. This is exactly what Jacob will bring to the Scientific Division.
