RUSSELL Taylor Group has taken on eight new members of staff as part of the business’ continued growth strategy.
The appointments have been made across all departments of the Bromborough-headquartered recruitment specialists as well as at the company’s new satellite offices in London and Manchester.
With its current 62-strong workforce, the business is now focusing on further major expansion of Russell Taylor Group’s operational sectors of Construction Management, Construction & Civils Trades, Technical & Engineering, Industrial Trades, Manufacturing and Scientific.
Rebecca Mitty has been appointed as recruitment consultant for the Manufacturing Division while Oliver Jones is the new labour resourcer for Industrial Trades. Alex Landrum has been taken on as trainee in the Technical & Engineering Division, Laura Fradley has become finance assistant and Christy Foster joins the head office admin team as an apprentice administrator.
The new London office is being headed up by Richard Watson in his role as business development manager and the new Manchester office in Trafford Park has taken on Joanne King as Construction & Civils Trades manager along with Ryan Riddell, a new recruitment consultant.
Russell Taylor Group managing director Rob Kurton said: “These eight new appointments have come at an exciting phase of our development and have been made to serve our ever expanding customer and client base.
“Our turnover is predicted to reach well over £25m by the end of the year and the opening of a new Northern satellite office in Manchester to complement our Liverpool city centre office, as well as a new London base, will massively contribute to our ambitious growth targets.
“The new recruits join a highly skilled team which has been carefully selected to fit the Russell Taylor culture of collective ownership and success which flows right through our business from our exceptional back office teams to the consultants on the front line.”
