What will you be doing?
• You will be leading the apprenticeship scheme and supporting the apprentices,
• Attending reviews with the apprentices and education providers,
• Working with the Engineering Managers to refresh and upskill their engineering populations,
• Support all other areas of training and development across the business.

What you'll need:
• Experienced delivering Electrical Engineering courses,
• Ability to coach and mentor apprentices,
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels,
• Qualification in Engineering or a related field.
