Vacancy Description
Working initially on their Residential Developments (modular), you'll be responsible for leading a team of Plumbers and taking a hands-on approach where necessary.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Supervising the Plumbing package from start to finish,
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards,
- Managing H&S,
- Coordinating directly employed trades and sub-contractors,
- Liaising / holding meetings with the development client
- Management reporting.
You will need to be a fully qualified Plumber (NVQ) have a current JIB Card and SSSTS / SMSTS.
Immediate interviews available - ongoing contact that could lead to Permanent employment (if interested).
Day Rate negotiable based on experience.
