Deliver multiple housing projects in the region! Lead a team on new exciting developments!
My client a very well established within the region and are currently in the market for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will have housing experience. You will be required to deliver two new build housing projects in the Merseyside region.
The project is timber frame housing, so you will have proven experience of successful delivery of these types of projects. As Senior Project Manager will have delivered multiple housing units successfully. You will have the highest quality standards and experience in delivering New Build Housing projects.
My client have a strong pipeline of works and looking to develop and progress further within this sector. You will have the highest health and safety standards, ensuring all standards are met.
As Senior Project Manager you will have the ability to follow programmes and deadlines ensuring sites are running to time and budgets.
