What will you do?
• Plan, manage, and coordinate multiple small and large projects, including build-to-print control panels and major hardware projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and take action to resolve them.
• Lead and coordinate project meetings, both internally and with clients.
• Act as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations and communication.
• Ensure projects meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
• Allocate and manage resources, including staff, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor costs and manage project budgets to stay on track financially.
• Ensure quality control processes are followed and address any issues.
• Oversee Health & Safety and compliance throughout the project.
• Prepare regular project status reports and keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure its properly stored.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices.
Who will you do it for?
With over 50 years of valuable experience, our client develops and integrates digital transformation solutions for the Energy, Nuclear, and Industrial sectors.
What will you need?
• Degree in Business or Engineering (or equivalent project management experience)
• Experience managing EC&I projects (ideally within nuclear)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and strong commercial/financial/contract management skills
• Full UK driving licence
