Clean Room Process Operator (Pharmaceutical Industry)

£29,626 including Bonus with a further £2,000 increase following completion of training

Due to a big increase in demand we are currently recruiting on behalf of a multinational Pharmaceutical company to recruit upwards of 10 Process Operators on a Permanent basis. Immediate starts are also on offer for the successful candidates.

Candidates with a background in Pharmaceutical or Food Manufacturing will be considered as full training in Gowning procedure and Aseptic manufacturing will be provided.

Graduates in a Science discipline will also be considered alongside experienced hires - please apply now to be considered!

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor equipment in a GMP-regulated clean room environment.
• Maintain stringent hygiene and safety standards to ensure product quality.
• Perform quality control checks and document findings.
• Support the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in compliance with SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a clean room or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is highly desirable however training will be provided.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is highly desirable.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow precise procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
