Live Chat Agents required for seasonal temporary work (Nov/Dec/Jan)
Must have excellent IT skills, grammar and spelling
Dealing with high volume chat messages
Resolving customer queries, professionally, politely and efficiently
Managing multiple chats at the same time
Working 40 hours, 5 days out of 7. Fixed hours 9am – 6pm
Must be able to work during the Christmas period (not Christmas Day)
Role is subject to passing a typing test and a live chat assessment
