What will you be doing?
• You will be communicating with customers, suppliers, engineers and visitors,
• Coordinating the engineers schedules,
• Managing job completion e.g. from raising job numbers through to invoicing,
• Updating customer databases,
• Liaising with stores to obtain prices for parts.
Where will you be doing it?
• Our client is a privately owned company that has worked in the industry for over 25 years, they specialise in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Electrical/Mechanical Services, providing installation, service and spares.
What you'll need:
• Experience working within a similar coordinator role,
• Exceptional organisational skills,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office,
• Customer service experience.
