Currently seeking a Design Manager for my client based in Chester. The role is being offered with the flexibility of a hybrid working pattern.
Proven Design Management based experience within building envelope solutions including cladding, façade, and fabrication as well as AutoCAD and Revit design-based experience.
You will be responsible for a small team, assisting with new project meetings to cover all design elements, via team or on site if required.
Review project specifications and drawing and liaise between Architects, Structural Engineers as well as cross checking all recommendations on products, finishes and installation issues.
You will the main contact with production teams, providing up to date timescales and deadlines for production, delivery, and installation.
